Cancellation Policy: In order to avoid full redemption or charges, cancellations must be
received by our Players Service Staff at least 24 hours in advance.
Holiday Closures: Grand Slam will be closed on Thanksgiving Day (11/26),
Christmas Eve Day (12/24), Christmas Day (12/25), and New Year's Day (1/1/27).
